this is what it is about!! SO many business men and women get stuck in a mistake and martyr their way through it, or worse, they make excuses in the most passive aggressive snotty way! when one stops, and simply apologizes it takes just a few seconds then all the time and energy can be focused on how to amend it and better yet LEARN from it!

I look at problems this way, if possible find value in a problem.
One value I see in a problem is if I didn't find the problem it would have never been fixed, life is about LEARNING.
