Hello to all here in the Secret of Success forum. Quite honestly, I have seen this individual (Mike) on Twitter for at least a year. It's funny how something said can just click all of a sudden and you say -'gee, maybe I should take a look at this'.
That's essentially what motivated me to sign up into this group.
i don't mind working hard and sticking with a project - especially when i believe in the people involved.
now - that doesn't mean it always works out. We've all put our faith into something or someone and poof - it was a bad move. That certainly doesn't mean that we don't 'try again' and just learn from that lesson.
I read a post the other day on my Linkedin group wherein a creative individual stated - 'when is it time to call it quits', with respect to becoming a successful screenwriter.
If you believe in yourself - you never quit/give up your dreams. Sometimes we have to modify our plan to make a living along the way - but this is where time management comes into the picture.
I heard the founder of Facebook sets aside one hour a day to learn Chinese language. The man is only about twenty-seven or so, but has a keen depth of perception and obviously a quick mind. Some of us take much longer to find our nitch and achieve financial success. There are many contributing factors that have a strong influence on our plight.
I like the idea of enthusiasm as a catapult. A great smile can help as well if you have one to offer.
I'd like to hear others thoughts on the recipe for success - maybe we can generate a list of contributing factors to discuss and share.
Cheers to all
Tang Mu (not my real name)
